Uncharted 2 Coming Home

Easily the biggest game of the month and by most accounts one of the biggest games of the year, Naughty Dog’s Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is making quite the splash in the gaming industry these days. Well, fans looking to dive even deeper will soon be able to access a special section of Sony’s PlayStation Home world dedicated to Uncharted 2. From the US PlayStation Blog:

This Friday, October 23, UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves is coming into PlayStation Home, and you’ll want to do whatever it is that needs to be done to ensure that you are in-world to take part in the grand opening of this awesome new space. Why? Because not only is this game space chock full of amazing supplementary UNCHARTED 2 content that can only be experienced in the ever-evolving world of PlayStation Home, but there are quite a few exclusive items that can only be procured on opening day.

Additionally, two other big titles, Tekken 6 and Street Fighter IV, will be getting their own spaces within Home starting Friday as well. For more info on the matter, hit up this post on Sony’s blog.

Devil May Cry 6

Yep this article is about DMC6, so your probably wondering what happened to the fifth one, well as you probably already know there are loads of forums threads and crazy ideas about DMC5, suffice to say some of them actually come up with rather intresting scripts. However the direction i have in mind is something a lot of fans would want to experience 'The Story Of Sparda' surely Dante's a badass we all love playing but it would be nice to have a game on the back story playing as the infamous legendary dark knight Sparda, saving the human race and allegedly falling in love with a human, personally i think it would make a great game in the DMC series

This could be done using the same dante style mechanics and not needing to change too much of the gameplay (starting off with the sparda sword would be awesome)
Neway this is my quick thoughts on DMC6 leaving the 5th installment to tie up some loose ends such as how Nero got his arm, the Vergil and Nero transition if there is one and those odd bits that we still feel curious about.

Iron Man 2: Next Year's Most Anticipated Sequel!

Director Jon Favier's awesome superhero movie Iron Man is set to release his sequel Iron Man 2 in the midst of May 2010. The film star Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, a billionaire industrialist and master engineer who builds a powered exoskeleton and becomes the technologically advanced superhero Iron Man is returning to the big screen once again.

But this time, he is not alone, starring alongside is the stunning Scarlett Johansson as the mysterious Black Widow Natasha. Also starring is Stark's best bud Rhodesy played by Don Cheadle, we'l be seeing the crazy Ivan Vanko too (Mickey Rourke) and rival billionaire Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell).

Wow! everone! be prepared for a whole heap more of what we loved about the first one, and a whole heap of new problems and bad guys to contend with, not to mension visual upgrades and stunning costumes

Ip Man is a 2008 semi-biographical martial arts film. It is based on the life of Ip Man, the celebrated martial arts master of Bruce Lee, and the first to teach the Chinese martial art of Wing Chun openly. The film focuses on events surrounding Ip that took place in the city of Foshan between the 1930s to 1940s during the Second Sino-Japanese War.

Directed by Wilson Yip, the film stars Donnie Yen in the lead role, and features fight choreography by Sammo Hung. The supporting cast includes Simon Yam, Lynn Hung, Lam Ka-Tung, Xing Yu and Japanese actor Hiroyuki Ikeuchi.

Ip Man is the first film to be based on the life of the martial artist. After a first attempt to portray Ip’s life on screen resulted in the project being abandoned, producer Raymond Wong developed his own film with full consent from Ip’s sons, and had filmmakers head to Foshan, to research Master Ip’s life. Ip Chun, Ip Man’s eldest son, served as a consultant for the film. Principal photography for Ip Man began in March 2008 and ended in August; filming took place in Shanghai, which was used to architecturally recreate Foshan. Ip Man was released in Hong Kong on 18 December 2008, receiving widespread acclaim from both critics and audiences. Following its success,

Ip Man was nominated for 12 Hong Kong Film Awards, winning awards for Best Picture and Best Action Choreography.

Xbox 360 New Update! Quick thought

Hello everyone ybdemon is bringing you the latest on the new xbox360 update, so what i my thoughts on the new updates, Are there cool? or do they deserve the thumbs down? read on below for my quick thoughts on them…

Avatar items – You can outfit your avatar with purchased items or awards from games. To buy these avatar items you can shop for them on xbox live or from the avatar editor. Or, if your lucky enough to be awarded something from a game you can access it through the editor.So is this a cool update? erm its ok in my opinion ther’s not many outfits and items at the moment but i guess its a good touch to the dashboard. my biggest criticism is the fact that we have to pay for these it would have been nice to be given a few for free.

Games On Demand - Full Xbox 360 games are now available online! Previously they were only available on disc but now you can buy and download them straight from xboxlive.So is this a cool update? Certainly i was actualy waiting for this like many other gamers who like to be served on a plate kinda thing although my criticism here will be on the prices, they seem to be higher than retail prices

Community Ratings - New community ratings feature lets you zero in on great game content on xbox live. All downloadable games and game content can now be rated by xbox live members. Using this rating system while browsing for content will help you find the games you want.So is this a cool update? yeah its more of a user friendly feature in my opninon there’s not much that can be said about it though

Gold Member Veterans – Been on xbox live for long? well now you get to show it off! Anyone looking at your gamer card will now know how long you’ve been an Xbox Live gold member. And who knows there might be other perks for you too..So is this a cool update? well if your a gold member yeah definatly who doesn’t want to show off (i’m not a gold member by the way) despite all that i dont think its a necessary update something along the lines of new content would be more appreciated.

Ok so these updates were cool n all but throwing in a few extra themes and making it a bit more flashier would have been appreciated.

Gears OF War the Movie! Hyper Alpha Protocol

Whoa guys! Gears of War the movie has been confimed by Cliff Blezinski (exec producer on Gears of War) and Chris Morgan (screen writer on Gears Of War) As Gametrailers Presenter Geoff Keighley interviews Cliff & Chris, they reveal the fact that viewers will get to see Emergence Day and how it all went down. Chris Morgan Quotes in the interview “It is safe to say you will be seeing Marus and Dom”, possibly all of delta team too. Cliff reveals we also be seeing new characters
The Movie is in its early stages, with storyboarding and drafts in the process, Cliff also cofirms the title “Gears OF War Hyper Alpha Protocol”All fans are definatly looking forward to this movie
